Purchased a Bowflex BXT116 treadmill, and then realized what a MONSTER this thing is. Had I tried to move it into the basement and install it myself, there's a 50% chance I would have ended up with 250 pounds of treadmill parts on top of me. So I asked for recommendations, and a friend suggested I call JEM to get it set up.

JEM Health & Fitness sent over two technicians who had the right tools to move it and set it up. Treadmill operates smoothly. Experience was very easy.
